1. PRODUCT RETURNS

Return Policy

In case you wish to return a product with a view to replacing it, this can be materialized as follows:

The return must take place within (14) fourteen calendrical days of delivery as proved by the accompanying transport documentation on the condition that the transport agent has contacted us to brief us relatively at +30 2810 363246 Monday to Friday 10:00 – 16:00 (national and religious holidays excluded)

Products have to be intact and in excellent condition, packaged and sealed with all accessories and completely unworn. The products’ package must be returned and in excellent condition too as it constitutes part of the product itself.

The customer undertakes the expense (6€) of sending the to-be-replaced product and receiving the new one and is obliged to use the same transport agent.

The product is valid to return on the condition that it has been completed properly and has been admitted and validated by AVATONTECH.COM

Under the above conditions and after the product has been returned and checked by AVATONTECH.COM, it will be replaced with a new one of the identical model. In the event of unavailability of a particular product, it can be replaced with a suitable alternate model of such quality and price or with a completely different product (or set of products) up to the price the customer has already paid or to a higher one if the customer so wishes.

In the event that the customer wishes not a replacement, the money shall be deposited to his bank account within (15) fifteen days.

2. PURCHASE

How do I find a product?

  • From the most popular product categories at the top of each page.
     
  • On the top left, the "PRODUCT CATALOG" button, select the category you want. Then click on the product if you want to have some more information about it, otherwise you can click the "QUICK BUY" button below each product and then "ADD TO CART" and automatically goes into the cart with your selections.
     
  • From the Search box at the top center of the pages. Search by selecting any criteria you want

What can I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

What is a shopping cart?

It is exactly the same as the basket in normal stores. You can use the Add to cart button to place any product you are interested in buying there, or remove it with the Delete button. If you have placed a product in the cart does not mean that you have purchased it. It's a short process until it's yours. You have the ability to see what you have selected and how much it costs, separately or total.

3. ORDER

How can I place an order?

Find the products you are interested, through the search engines or from the thematic pages. Click on Add to Cart link next to the product, and it will be added to your online 'shopping cart'.

When you have finished your selections, click on "CHECKOUT" button located to the bottom right of the list of products in your cart, and you will be taken to a secure connection where you will be asked to set a shipping and payment method.

Orders received on holidays are processed on the next working day.

Has my order been completed?

After you finish the process of entering your shipping details and press "SUBMIT ORDER", a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. In this message is also mentioned the order code, which you should keep. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been placed

An item is missing from my order. What can I do;

The Avatontech team is very careful about serving you promptly and correctly. If, however, you find an omission in the order, you can

  • E-mail us at info@avatontech.com or a message on our Viber number 6938584904, there mention the order code or the name of recipient, of course the mistake that was made and maybe a photo or video.
  • Speak to one of the sellers on weekdays from 10:00-16:00

Can I know the status of my order at any time?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include the shipping number, with that number you can see at any time, where is your order (via the website https://www.elta-courier.gr/search)
